At VNDERRXTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or discounted items.

Gift cards.

Custom-made or special-order products.

Installed or used aftermarket car parts.
3. Return Process

We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in acceptable condition.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Aftermarket Parts Return Disclaimer

All aftermarket parts must be returned in brand-new, uninstalled condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Returns will not be accepted for parts that show signs of installation, modification, or damage.
